- A student at a college or instituteYour placement office added your account and can reset it, resend your invitation, or give you a program. They are quicker than we are.
- A college or instituteYour partner manager is named on your portal: on Assigned programs, and in the banner when your partnership is coming up for renewal. Write to them about dates, programs and student numbers.
- Locked outUse “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen first. It works for every kind of account, and the link it sends expires quickly on purpose.
